W3C Web IDL working draft, Jay Chou's name appears

On the 29th of August 2008, the W3C Web IDL working draft was officially released, the amazing thing was that the name "Jay Chou" appeared in the standard explanation text.
Web IDL (Interface Definition Language) is the standard for OMG IDL 3.0, it's used to describe interfaces. Web IDL is a multi functional IDL variant and it's used on the web platform. It encompasses a large variety of extensible functionality, it also has tools to target ECMAScript 3rd Edition and Java.
The thing that has amazed people is that in the 3.8.9 Stringifies section, the name "Jay Chou" appears in the example, he's the first ever Chinese person to have their name appear in the W3C standards.
