The star-studded group in the movie version of "The Green Hornet" maybe losing one of its big guns, according to "The Hollywood Reporter", Nicolas Cage, who was going to play the baddie hasn't actually signed a contract yet, it's feared he may be withdrawing. In reality, Nicolas Cage once withdrew from the Green Goblin in "Spiderman" while in talks.

"The Green Hornet" is scheduled to be released in the summer of next year, stars including Seth Rogen, Cameron Diaz and Jay Chou have all started filming, no one has seen baddie Nicolas Cage, "The Hollywood Reporter" states he is bound by film contracts, he's having trouble scheduling, add to the fact he hasn't signed a contract, it might just be the case he has to withdraw, the movie company is already searching for a replacement. Looks like fans looking forward to Nicolas Cage and Jay Chou's precious scenes will be disappointed.

The interesting thing is, Nicolas Cage is a famous comic fan, he's much more interested in playing heroes than villains, even though he might have passed by "The Green Hornet", he still wants to film the sequel to "Ghost Rider", he's also in talks about other action movies, a role for a crime fighting hero.
