Medical record is real, Director Chou exempt from military service
by kelvin@multistars - 25th September 2006Jay was investigated for suspect of evading military service, after investigations by the prosecution, it was discovered Jay really does have Ankylosing spondylitis, thus he can be exempt from military service, the case will be closed or the charge will be dropped. The famous artist Jay received the notification of enlisting for military service many years ago, so he gave the medical record of Ankylosing spondylitis from Xin Guang Hospital to the military and so he got the proof of exemption.
But, some people questioned Jay as he often jumps around in concerts, he doesn't look like someone with the illness, and so reported him to the authorities for suspect of forging medical records to evade military service, the prosecution classified him as the defendant of breaking the rules of the military, they proceeded the investigation.
The prosecution determined whether Jay's medical record was forged or not, this year they investigated the appraised documents from the military medical department; according to reports, the results of the investigation was favourable to Jay.
According to these reports, Jay has indeed been to Xin Guang Hospital for treatment, and also when his medical record was created, it was before he became a famous artist, there shouldn't been any possibility of it being fake; so he has indeed got Ankylosing spondylitis.
