Jay Chou's JVR music kingdom is formed

Jay Chou has personally put his heart into building a new video and music entertainment kingdom "JVR Music Ltd Company", yesterday they officially lifted the mysterious cover, announcing that the Chinese pop music heavenly king is going to be launching onto a completely new milestone. The focus of everyone's attention this year is Jay Chou's all new concert which he hasn't done for three years, but what's surprising is that the Taipei Arena which artists all want to go, has been kicked out of the running.

Jay Chou's new company "JVR Music" comes from the English sound of JVR Music, JVR is Jay and his partner of many years Vincent and JR (Yang Rong Jun), it is the abbreviated version of their names grouped together, after Jay Chou ended his contract with Alfa Music, he chose to start a new company with his partners who he has worked with for years. After that, "Jay Broadcast" and Vincent Fang's "Chinese Domain" will all move into the new office.

Jay Chou, who has recently been filming the movie "Slam Dunk" in Mainland China, came back to Taiwan a few days ago to participate in the opening party of the company, he couldn't wait to see the new company's recording studio and the overall surroundings, seeing the decorations that he had a view in, Jay Chou had a very satisfied expression.

Jay Chou said: "The new company's decorating has the flavour of the New York style, we hope when everyone works they have a feeling of freedom, colleagues can concentrate on work very comfortably in the company, they might not want to go home. Anyway Vincent Fang, A Lang (Huang Jun Lang) will all be here, the whole company will have the feeling of togetherness."

The new company which is 250 square meters, is located at the top floor of the building on Changchun Road in Taipei, while Jay Chou is recording he can even admire the surrounding view on the 101-floor building. The rent for each square meter of the building is 2500 yuan, in order to give the workers a comfortable working environment, Jay Chou is burning 625,000 yuan a month on rent, he spent nearly 10 million yuan on decorating the office and recording studio to the New York style, also, the world's latest recording instruments worth up to 10 million yuan will be moved into the studio.

After Jay Chou finishes filming "Slam Dunk" in May, he will nest into the new recording studio and produce his new album, agent Yang Jun Rong expressed: "This year we estimate that the album will be released around Autumn, the tour will start around November from Taipei, at the moment we are leaning towards outdoor venues more, the Taipei Arena's size is just not very suitable."
