Jay Chou swells up, in a hurry to lose weight

The movie "Ci Ling" is being filmed in the desert in Mainland China's Ningxia, the main leads Jay Chou and Lin Chi Ling have to face being blown by the sand and wind everyday from every direction; but the thing that annoys Jay Chou the most isn't the sand, instead it's the fact that the ancient clothes he wears is heavy and makes him look swollen. His good friend Will Liu and his wife have both come to the set, one does exercise with him, the other prepares his dinner; according to reports, even though Jay Chou is finding it tough filming there, but he only dares to eat fruit and salad, in order to avoid looking a size bigger onscreen.
Will Liu plays a big baddie in the movie, he stayed in the desert for 7 days, he shares the same trailer with Jay Chou, he said: "Actually the toilet in the trailer is very cramped, when I need the toilet, I do it somewhere where no one is around, everything going back to nature." Will Liu revealed, before Jay Chou started filming, he felt he was a getting a bit chubby, he especially brought him to the set to do exercise with him and to slim down.
Who would have guessed, the two had to film 6 days of action scenes in a row, they had to get wired up everyday, he said: "After we finished filming, he didn't have any strength to do exercise at all, Jay has his back problem as well, he must take medicine everyday, one day after finishing a scene he could get up at all, me and my wife prayed for him." Even though he wasn't feeling well, Jay Chou still insisted on doing action scenes personally.
Due to the fact there aren't any street lights there and there's sand blowing everywhere, after dark there is nothing to eat, there's no way to go out to do anything. Will Liu has his wife close by him, preparing food for him and Jay Chou, "She prepares a bit of salad for Jay, then she gives him a pile of fruit so that he doesn't eat so many oily foods, he'll maintain his figure onscreen."
