In nearly half an hour of the interview, Jay always carried a cool expression; his speech was a bit vague. What was different from other stars was, Jay is very sincere: "I am right now preparing to rehearse "Dragon Fist", to participate next year's Spring Festival night meeting, this is a very honourable matter, because a lot of artists want to go on the Spring Festival night meeting. I will seize this opportunity very well, I will work hard to try and sing the lyrics a bit more clearly, because this is after all a big show, singing the lyrics more clearly cannot be considered a sacrifice, it's a challenge."
When asked about rumoured girlfriend Jolin Choi, Jay is probably used to it, he was very generous and expressed that Jolin had a lot of strength: "She is a very hard working artist, normally I won't write for just anyone, she sings well and she has her own independent personality and performing style, I am not the reason why her new album has sold well." Jay, who originally planned to stop there, facing the reporters asking again, could only admit that he really admired Jolin, "Actually I don't socialise with girls much so when many people see our relationship being good they will talk wildly. Jay, who was looking forward to the trip to Qingdao all along, expressed that because last year he hurried past Qingdao, he couldn't take enough time out to admire Qingdao's unique landscape of mountain, sea and sky all in one, it made him very regretful, he hopes that this time he can make up for last year's flaw, "The scenery of Qingdao is very beautiful, I am even more favouring to Qingdao now, I really want to take this chance to play a bit in Qingdao". According to reports, Jay is going to stay 2 days in Qingdao.
The following is the dialogue between a reporter and Jay.
Reporter: Have you got plans to film a movie?
Jay: I hope to have a film that belongs to me next year, apart from acting and music, the best thing will be to add in some elements of martial arts, even though I don't have any martial arts foundations. (laughs)
Reporter: What does your dream lover look like in your heart?
Jay: Long haired, big eyes, can look after my body, support my work, can tolerate each other.
Reporter: Do you think you are a very fashionable person in terms of dressing?
Jay: Pursue fashion is not necessarily expressed in terms of clothing. I don't pursue brands in terms of clothing, but I hope I can lead the music trend, because having a lot of people agree with your music is a hard thing, I like this kind of challenge.
Reporter: Why did you choose black people to be bodyguards?
Jay: You can see, they are very robust, they give me a certain sense of safety. Don't look at them being very fierce, they are actually very kind. They play basketball very well, we will sometimes play together.
Reporter: Do you normally speak this little?
Jay: Privately, I talk more with friends; compared to onstage I am a little more nervous, so I shorten the time to talk.
Reporter: The music awards at the end of the year, which awards do you want to win most?
Jay: Participating in the producer award, best album award and best composer award.
Reporter: Do you have intention to release a best selections collection?
Jay: The Company have made suggestions in this side, but I think that it is better to release new songs in every album.
Reporter: How is the process going for the new album?
Jay: I am in the middle of preparing it, my musical style is not going to change, but I will add in a lot more new elements.
